A story that changes with your voice
Follow one possible opening route below. Your choices lead to different outcomes. Speaking rehearsals revisit your chosen route after its resolution and are counted separately from the story chapters.

Rain paints the café windows gold. Leo is closing his grandmother's café tonight before taking a job abroad. One reservation remains: Mira, his oldest friend, has booked the last table.

You enter the kitchen. A supplier has cancelled tomorrow's order after hearing the café will close. Leo starts to argue, then sees that tonight's ingredients are already paid for. There is enough for dinner, but no reason to promise a new order before he has decided what comes next.

The ingredients include fresh lemons and a plain cake baked that morning. Leo remembers that his grandmother always added something after baking, but cannot remember how much. Her handwritten recipe book sits under the wrapping paper; guessing would waste the final cake.
