ข้อกำหนดการใช้บริการ / Terms of Service

1. การยอมรับข้อกำหนด / Acceptance

การสร้างบัญชีหรือใช้งาน IELTS Ace (https://engforedu.com) ถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดนี้ รวมถึง นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว และ นโยบายการคืนเงิน. By creating an account or using IELTS Ace you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

2. บริการของเรา / What the service is

IELTS Ace เป็นเครื่องมือฝึกฝนด้วยตนเองแบบอิสระ สำหรับ IELTS, TOEIC และ Duolingo English Test พร้อมระบบ AI ช่วยประเมิน คะแนนที่ได้เป็นการประมาณเพื่อการเรียนรู้ ไม่ใช่คะแนนสอบทางการ และไม่ได้สังกัดหรือรับรองโดย British Council, IDP, Cambridge Assessment English, ETS หรือ Duolingo. IELTS Ace is an independent self-study tool for IELTS, TOEIC and the Duolingo English Test with AI-assisted feedback. Scores are learning estimates, not official results, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by British Council, IDP, Cambridge Assessment English, ETS or Duolingo. Practice content is our own original material.

3. บัญชี / Accounts

คุณต้องรักษารหัสผ่านของคุณให้ปลอดภัย หนึ่งบัญชีมีไว้สำหรับผู้ใช้คนเดียว ห้ามแบ่งปัน ให้ยืม หรือขายต่อบัญชีหรือสิทธิการเข้าถึงที่ซื้อไว้. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. An account is for a single user; you may not share, lend or resell your account or the access you purchase.

4. แพ็กเกจ ราคา และการส่งมอบ / Plans, pricing & delivery

แพ็กเกจแบบชำระเงินคือ IELTS Fast Track ฿4,999 และ IELTS Full Course ฿7,999 ให้สิทธิเข้าถึง 1 ปีต่อการชำระหนึ่งครั้ง ชำระโดยการโอนเงิน/ พร้อมเพย์ และยืนยันผ่าน LINE หรือ Facebook หลังยืนยันการชำระ เราจะปลดล็อกบัญชีของคุณตามปกติภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง. Paid plans are IELTS Fast Track (฿4,999) and IELTS Full Course (฿7,999), each granting one-year access for a single payment, paid by bank transfer/PromptPay and confirmed via LINE or Facebook. After we confirm payment we unlock your account, normally within 24 hours.

5. ความหมายของ “ไม่จำกัด” / What “unlimited” means

“ไม่จำกัด” หมายถึงคุณฝึกและทำ mock test ได้ไม่จำกัดจำนวนครั้ง ทั้งนี้ฟีเจอร์การตรวจให้คะแนนด้วย AI อยู่ภายใต้การใช้งานอย่างเป็นธรรม (fair use) เพื่อป้องกันการใช้งานอัตโนมัติหรือผิดปกติ. “Unlimited” means you may practise and take mock tests as many times as you like; AI-scoring features are subject to reasonable fair-use limits to prevent automated or abusive use.

6. การใช้งานที่ยอมรับได้ / Acceptable use

ห้ามคัดลอก ทำซ้ำ เผยแพร่ หรือขายต่อเนื้อหา ห้ามดึงข้อมูลอัตโนมัติ (scraping) วิศวกรรมย้อนกลับ หรือใช้บริการเพื่อการใด ๆ ที่ผิดกฎหมาย. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or resell our content, nor scrape, reverse-engineer, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

7. ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา / Intellectual property

เนื้อหา แบบฝึกหัด บทความ ภาพ และมาสคอตทั้งหมดเป็นลิขสิทธิ์ของ English for Education. All content, questions, articles, images and the mascot are the intellectual property of English for Education.

8. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด / Disclaimer & liability

บริการให้ “ตามสภาพ” เราพยายามให้การประเมินแม่นยำและเป็นประโยชน์ แต่ไม่รับประกันผลคะแนนสอบจริงของคุณ เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต เราไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อมที่เกิดจากการใช้บริการ. The service is provided “as is”. We work to make feedback accurate and useful but do not guarantee your actual exam result. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service.

9. การระงับหรือยกเลิกบัญชี / Suspension & termination

เราอาจระงับหรือยกเลิกบัญชีที่ละเมิดข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้ (เช่น แชร์บัญชีหรือคัดลอกเนื้อหา) โดยไม่คืนเงิน. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms (for example account-sharing or content copying) without refund.

10. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับและการติดต่อ / Governing law & contact
