1. ผู้ควบคุมข้อมูล / Data controller

แพลตฟอร์ม IELTS Ace ให้บริการโดย English for Education (“เรา”) เว็บไซต์ https://engforedu.com หากมีคำถามหรือต้องการใช้สิทธิเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ติดต่อเราได้ทางอีเมล engforedu96@gmail.com, LINE หรือ Facebook (ลิงก์อยู่ท้ายหน้า).

The IELTS Ace platform is operated by English for Education (“we”, “us”), at https://engforedu.com. For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, contact us at engforedu96@gmail.com, or via our LINE or Facebook (links in the footer).

2. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ / Data we collect

เมื่อคุณสมัครและใช้งาน เราเก็บ: อีเมล, รหัสผ่าน (จัดเก็บแบบเข้ารหัส bcrypt เท่านั้น ไม่เก็บรหัสจริง), ชื่อ (ถ้ากรอก), ข้อมูลการเรียนของคุณ (คะแนน band, คำตอบเรียงความและการพูดที่ส่งเพื่อให้ AI ตรวจ, ความคืบหน้า/สถิติ) และข้อมูลทางเทคนิคเท่าที่จำเป็น เช่น เลข IP เพื่อจำกัดอัตราการใช้บริการฟรีและป้องกันการใช้งานในทางที่ผิด.

We collect: your email, password (stored only as a bcrypt hash — never in plain text), name (if provided), your learning data (band scores, the writing/speaking answers you submit for AI marking, progress and stats), and minimal technical data such as IP address to rate-limit the free tier and prevent abuse. We do not collect payment card data — payment is arranged off-platform by bank transfer/PromptPay.

3. วัตถุประสงค์และฐานทางกฎหมาย / Purpose & lawful basis

เราใช้ข้อมูลเพื่อให้บริการฝึกและตรวจให้คะแนน จัดการบัญชีและสิทธิการเข้าถึงที่คุณซื้อ (ฐานการปฏิบัติตามสัญญา) และเพื่อรักษาความปลอดภัย ป้องกันการใช้งานผิดปกติ (ฐานประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย). We use your data to provide the practice and AI-scoring service, manage your account and the access you purchased (contractual basis), and to keep the service secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest).

4. ผู้ประมวลผลภายนอกและการโอนข้ามพรมแดน / Third-party processors & overseas transfer

การให้คะแนนด้วย AI ทำงานโดยส่งข้อความที่คุณเขียน/พูด (ไม่รวมอีเมลหรือรหัสผ่าน) ไปยังผู้ให้บริการโมเดลภาษา (เช่น DeepSeek, OpenRouter หรือ Anthropic) เพื่อประมวลผลและส่งผลกลับ ผู้ให้บริการเหล่านี้อาจอยู่นอกประเทศไทย จึงอาจมีการโอนข้อมูลข้ามพรมแดน โครงสร้างพื้นฐานของเว็บ โฮสต์บน Cloudflare. เราเลือกใช้ผู้ให้บริการที่ประมวลผลข้อมูลเพื่อการให้คะแนนเท่านั้น.

AI scoring works by sending the text you write/speak (never your email or password) to a language-model provider (such as DeepSeek, OpenRouter or Anthropic) to be graded and returned. These providers may be located outside Thailand, so this may involve a cross-border transfer. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

5. คุกกี้ / Cookies

เราใช้เฉพาะคุกกี้ที่จำเป็นต่อการทำงาน คือคุกกี้เซสชันสำหรับคงสถานะการเข้าสู่ระบบเท่านั้น เราไม่มีคุกกี้โฆษณาหรือเครื่องมือติดตาม (analytics/tracking) ใด ๆ. We use only a strictly-necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or analytics/tracking cookies of any kind.

6. การเก็บรักษาและความปลอดภัย / Retention & security

เราเก็บข้อมูลตราบเท่าที่บัญชีของคุณยังใช้งานอยู่ และจะลบเมื่อคุณร้องขอ รหัสผ่านถูกเข้ารหัส และการเชื่อมต่อทั้งหมดเป็น HTTPS. We retain data for as long as your account is active and delete it on request. Passwords are hashed and all connections use HTTPS.

7. สิทธิของคุณ (PDPA) / Your rights

ภายใต้ พ.ร.บ. คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล คุณมีสิทธิเข้าถึง ขอสำเนา แก้ไข ลบ ระงับการใช้ คัดค้านการประมวลผล และเพิกถอนความยินยอม รวมถึงขอให้ลบบัญชีและข้อมูลของคุณ เพียงติดต่อเราที่ engforedu96@gmail.com. Under Thailand's PDPA you may access, obtain a copy of, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and withdraw consent — including deleting your account and data. Just contact us at engforedu96@gmail.com and we will action it.

8. ผู้เยาว์ / Minors

บริการนี้เหมาะสำหรับผู้เตรียมสอบวัยเรียนขึ้นไป หากคุณเป็นผู้เยาว์ ควรได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้ปกครองก่อนใช้งาน. The service is intended for exam candidates of student age and above; minors should have a guardian's consent before using it.

9. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย / Changes

เราอาจปรับปรุงนโยบายนี้เป็นครั้งคราว โดยจะอัปเดตวันที่ด้านบน. We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date above will reflect any change.
