A story that changes with your voice
Follow one possible opening route below. Your choices lead to different outcomes. Speaking rehearsals revisit your chosen route after its resolution and are counted separately from the story chapters.
A blizzard slams the mountain observation station. Static crackles, then a weak voice breaks through: a climber is stranded near the summit, hurt and freezing. Leo, the station chief, grips the radio and turns to you. The window to help is closing fast.
Pip, the young ranger, lays out the last usable kit: two ropes, sharp crampons, and one thin oxygen bottle. There is enough for a single push up the mountain. Two routes lead to the summit, the long safe ridge or the fast icy gully.
High on the ridge, the ice groans and cracks under every step. Far below, you can just see the climber on her ledge, waving weakly. The light is dying and the wind is rising. Leo waits for your call.
