Because this is a digital product with full, immediate access on unlock and course-video delivery, once we unlock your account your payment is final and non-refundable. We state this clearly before purchase so there are no surprises.

Before deciding, please use the free placement test, try the sample exercises in each section, and ask us about the plans on LINE or at engforedu96@gmail.com, so you are confident it's right for you.

3. หากเราส่งมอบบริการไม่ได้ / If we fail to deliver

หากคุณชำระเงินแล้วแต่เราไม่สามารถปลดล็อกบัญชีหรือส่งมอบสิ่งที่คุณจ่ายเงินไว้ได้ คุณจะได้รับเงินคืนเต็มจำนวน — นี่คือข้อยกเว้นเดียวของนโยบายไม่คืนเงิน. If you have paid but we are unable to unlock your account or deliver what you paid for, you will receive a full refund — this is the one exception to the no-refund policy.
